Polyurethane Compounds

Valley Rubber Mixing produces an “off-the-shelf” group of polyurethane compounds based on polyether technology. These compounds provide excellent hydrolytic stability, low temperature flexibility, fungus resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, and broad range processing characteristics. They are suited for applications requiring high strength and flexibility such as roll covers, couplings, diaphragms, valve seats, seals, belt cover stock, gaskets, and bearing pads.
