Our main offices and manufacturing unit are actually located in the old B.F. Goodrich tire facility now designated Canal Place. Valley Rubber was founded in 1985 with one 60” mill for mixing small batches. Over the years, the company has grown significantly. Mixing equipment now includes 6 mills of various sizes, 3 extruders, dry mixers, and two internal mixers.

All polymers, except silicone, are mixed at this facility. In addition, black and non-black compounds in virtually any color are mixed at this location. Run sizes run the gamut of small to large. Batches of 100 lbs. to multi-batches totaling 10,000 to 20,000 lbs
